Register for the CSZ Annual Conference

Registrations for the 2011 Annual Conference of the Canadian Society of Zoologists, at the University of Ottawa, will be processed through this site.

Conference Refund Policy

Normally, payment of conference registration fees is final. Requests for refunds for any payments with respect to the Annual Conference of the Society must be made in writing (mail, fax or email) to the CSZ Treasurer.

Refunds are considered based on the time before the start of the annual conference.

• Refund requests received 60 days or more before the first day of the conference are eligible for a 90% refund.
• Refund requests received 30-59 days before the first day of the conference are eligible for a 50% refund.
• There will be no refund of payments made less than 30 days before the first day of the conference.

A refund may be considered if the order was made in error or if there are exigent circumstances, solely at the discretion of the Canadian Society of Zoologists.

• Prior to submitting a refund request, please contact the CSZ Treasurer to determine what supporting documentation, if any, must be submitted.
• Refunds, if granted, will be made in the same format that the original payment was received.
• Refunds, if granted, will be made no more than 30 days after the last day of the annual conference.
