Field Work
Field work to further the aims of IGCP 328, IGCP 406, and other projects, has been and continues to be an important and frequent part of the group's activities. Examples are 1994 and 1995 expeditions to sample Silurian and Devonian micro- and macro-vertebrate localities in the Canadian Arctic archipelago, with participation by scientists, including graduate students, from Australia, Canada, Estonia, and France.

In 1996, a Canada/Estonia field party worked in the Silurian and Devonian of the Mackenzie Mountains. Another international field party (Canada/Germany) worked in the same area in 1998. ![]()
