Course Requirments (2012-13)

Students who entered the Evolutionary Biology Honors or Specialization Program in the 2012-2013 Calendar year should follow the program presented below. If you have any questions about your program requirements, please see your advisor or Student Services, CW-312 BSB.

All students in Honors and Specialization programs in Biological Sciences take a common core of courses in their first year which includes Biology 107 and 108 (see Sidebar for description of the First Year Core, see individual programs for requirements and recommendations) . In addition, all Honors and Specialization students take Biology 207 and 208 in Year 2.

Notes
(1) Marine Science courses listed are offered at Bamfield Marine Sciences Centre.
(2) Honors students are required to take BIOL 499 and reduce approved options by *6.
(3) Credit in Science 100 will be considered equivalent to BIOL 107, 108, CHEM 101, 164, MATH 114, *6 Science options and *6 Approved options.
