Fasciola redia

This is a daughter rediae, identifiable because it is producing cercariae. The mouth of the redia and a short, sac-like gut are visible on the top. On the bottom, left are two ambulatory appendages that are characteristic of rediae of the Echinostomatiformes. The cercariae within the rediae are in various stages of development. Some already have tails, whereas others (like those at the posterior tip) are merely germ balls.
