DigiTLE Annual Symposium
This November, Faculty of Science DigiTLE (Digital Teaching and Learning Enterprise – the unit that has a mandate to help support teaching with or without technology through the Faculty) is holding the annual symposium on the use of technology in the classroom.
For promotion of this event a series of flyers was created by DigiTLE. Please view the first poster; another poster will be coming soon and will contain more information.
Chemical Waste Disposal Room at the Loading Dock
The room can be open for accepting chemical waste on THURSDAYS at 10:30 AM if you send an email to Barry (barry.mccashin@ualberta.ca) ahead of time. Previously this was done on Friday mornings but has been changed to Thursday for the summer. All material brought here must be labled using the Chematix system

Animal Care and Use Committee for Biosciences (ACUC-Bio)
The next meeting is scheduled for June 18, please submit your new protocols by Thursday, June 11. Please use the latest version of the protocol forms to facilitate the ACUC review. Go to http://www.uofaweb.ualberta.ca/orca/formscabinet.cfm to obtain the current forms, or call Ed Bailey at 2-5358. Note that the meeting after this one will be September 17.
