I have 3 of the cutest 5 month old gray female kittens ( 1 short hair and 2 long hair) that need good homes. At the moment they are living in our heated garage with the mom at our acreage. The girls will need to be fixed and will require shots. If interested I have pictures and more information on their personalities. Please contact Sara by email sebert@ualberta.ca or phone (780) 968-6946
Igor and Sasha were rescued from a back alley in Old Strathcona in July. They have been neutered/spayed, fully vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tattooed. They are playful and affectionate and always use the litter box. They must go to a home with no other cats (now or in the future) and remain strictly indoor-only because they have tested positive for the feline leukemia virus (only affects cats). Like any pet, they will require annual vaccinations and checkups so that they can live happily and in good health for as long as possible. These two are special cats that will require a caring and devoted person that will commit to them for life. If you would like more information or to see pictures, please contact Jenny Graydon (jgraydon@ualberta.ca, 780-937-3373).
Biosciences Animal Services still has some small animal wildlife traps and old cages that may be suitable for some field studies. Please contact Ed Bailey, Administrative Secretary for Biosciences at 2-5358 if you are interested in this equipment.
