Health Promotion and Worklife Services Fall Workshops are now available. Browse and register for workshops and course online at: www.learningshop.ualberta.ca
Employee and Family Assistance Program, in addition to traditional psychological counselling services, offers many health promotion programs and services. Two-hour, one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer and a nutritionist are available, at no cost, to staff members by contacting Wilson Banwell at 428-7587. Completing the on-line Health Risk Appraisal accessed through the EFAP website may help you identify specific areas to best make use of your consultation.
