163.x.1 Specialization in Immunology and Infection


Continuation in the Specialization in Immunology and Infection requires a minimum GPA of 5.5 in the preceding Fall/Winter.  Graduation requires a GPA of 5.5 in all courses credit to the degree.  


163.x.2 Honors in Immunology and Infection

 

Continuation in the Honors in Immunology and Infection program requires a minimum GPA of 6.5 in the preceding Fall/Winter.Graduation requires a minimum GPA of 6.5 on the last *60 credits to the degree.  Students in Honors programs must take at least *30 in Fall/Winter of each year.  Exceptions to this requirement must be approved by the Department of Biological Sciences and the Faculty of Science office.

1At least *3 must be a course with a laboratory component.  Honors students must take at least *6 credits of a laboratory research project course (honors thesis).  Approved project courses are BIOL 499 and MMI 403.  Therefore honors students need take only *15 from third options category.

Note:  Normally only *12 credits allowed outside of Science and Arts in entire program.  See Calendar Section 164 for courses outside Science that will be considered as a Science option.
