HouseSpider

A Java applet that provides a search front end for a web site. This program is popular with people who compile html sites onto CDs and want a local search function. It can be used on regular online sites too, particularly for those who do not have CGI or PHP type scripting available. I developed this program until version 4.0 and it has since been maintained by Hans Fr. Nordhaug.

OOPSS - the "Only One Page Search Script"

Add search functionality to a web site with a self-contained one-page script. Implemented in PHP. All that is required is that your web server support this scripting language and that Apache has permission to write to a cache file stored in the directory being searched. (Page coming soon.)

Russian Phonetic Keyboaard Layout (Macintosh OS X)

A phonetic layout for Cyrillic. Similar to the phonetic layout included with OS X 10.4, except that all punctuation keys retain their function. Modifier keys are used to access less frequently used letters in the larger Cyrillic alphabet. Four layouts are included: Russian Easy, Russian Easy Caps (use caps lock key to switch back to standard layout), Russian Dvorak, and Russian Dvorak Caps. Decompress this archive and put the files in your "Library/Keyboard Layouts/" directory.
