Welcome to the Meanook Biological Research Station
MBRS is a year round research and education facility which provides accommodations and laboratory access to researchers, students and non-profit groups from around the world. Located in the aspen boreal parkland of Northern Alberta, our 520 acre facility offers large study areas, walking trails, and numerous habitats with a diverse abundance of wildlife.
MBRS hosts a variety of eco-tours and informative field trips for groups of all ages and educational levels. Please refer to our Tours and Trips section for more information.
