BIOL 299, Research Opportunity Program

A credit/no-credit course under the supervision of an academic member of the Biological Sciences Department. Normally taken after completion of a minimum of 30 but not more than 60 units of course weight in a program in the Faculty of Science. Prerequisite: GPA of 2.5 or higher, a 100 or 200 level course in the field of research and consent of department. Normally taken in addition to a full course load. Project and course information available at ROP website or Department of Biological Sciences. Note: Application does not guarantee an ROP position. Credit may be obtained twice.
