ALL students will take the final lecture exam in the Main Gymnasium, Rows 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11 (seats 1-5). The exam will be on Thursday April 19 at 9 AM. Please note that the main gym is NOT the Butterdome, it is in the main gym in the Van Vliet Centre building.
The format of the final exam will be as follows:

Interested students are invited to take an optional, one-day field trip to the world-famous Royal Tyrrell Museum in Drumheller, Alberta on Saturday March 24 to view the spectacular displays of invertebrates (and maybe even a few dinosaurs).

1) please check arithmetic for accuracy
2) please check your answers against the exam key (posted in the glass cabinet outside Z312 BioSciences)
3) if you find any errors in the computer-scored answers or other marking, or have any questions about marking, no matter how small, e-mail Rich Palmer to set up a meeting
4) the mean on each of the 3 sections of the exam, and the overall class mean and frequency distribution of marks are posted in the glass cabinet outside Z312 BioSciences
5) the number with the colon in the middle at the top of the page (e.g., 11:47) is the time you finished the exam, it has nothing to do with your mark

Twenty students will have the opportunity to take a field trip to Canada's premiere marine teaching and research field station: Bamfield Marine Sciences Centre over Reading Week. First preference will be given to students in the Zool250 course, but if spaces are available, students from Biol361 will be allowed to go as well. If you are interested, be sure to put your name on the alternates signup list during lecture.

Two information sessions about Bamfield summer courses, financial aid, research opportunities and the Fall Program will be offered on Tuesday, Jan. 23, 1 PM and 2 PM in M137 BioSciences Building. The content of both sessions will be the same, so attend whichever is most convenient.
