- Protein interaction among regulators of mitotic exit. I was
tagging endogenous proteins known to regulate mitotic exit with
cyan fluorescent protein (CFP) and yellow fluorescent protein
(YFP). When a CFP-tagged protein and YFP-tagged protein is expressed
in the same cell, fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET)
can be used to investigate possible protein interactions which
