- Biochemical screen for proteins that interact with the mitotic
exit regulators Mob1 and Dbf2 - tandem affinity purification (TAP)
of Mob1 and Dbf2, and their associated proteins to investigate
possible interactions which could regulate mitotic exit. I work
alongside Sean on his project.
- Also, I have recently begun attempting to isolate recombinant
Tev protease from E.coli to be used in the TAP protocol.
